Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are responsible for the cost of all returns except where the goods are deemed to be faulty by both parties. Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. You have the right to a 14 day cooling off period in which to return your purchase. You have the right to inspect the product and if after inspection you wish to return the product, please do so in its original packaging within 14 days, ensuring there is no damage to the product or its packaging. Used products cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty by both parties. All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.
If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org, detailing the reason for return, along with your full name, your order number and the date of purchase, we will then give you the details for returning the item(s) with Royal Mail.
If the item(s) arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us and we will send you a replacement (stock permitting).
If the 14 day return period has passed, and you would still like to return your item(s), please contact us or email email@example.com detailing the reason for return, along with your full name, your order number and the date of purchase. You are then responsible for sending the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Please post the item(s) to the below address, you will then need to email us a copy of your proof of postage. Failure to contact us about your return and proof of postage, can result in delays with your refund.
