- We aim to despatch all standard orders within 1-2 business days from our UK Warehouse.
- Orders placed on Weekends and Bank Holidays will be despatched by the next possible working day.
- If the delivery of your order is time-critical, we recommend selecting Priority Delivery and order before 12 noon. We will prioritise getting your order to our courier DPD.
- All UK Shipments are delivered by DPD. They will send you pre-delivery notification and an estimate delivery time via SMS and/or email.
- You can also track your parcel via the DPD iOS / Android App and leave delivery instructions if you are not in.
