“The pillow that got me through pregnancy - and I’m still using it now”

Sleeping while pregnant is… a journey. One moment you’re fine, the next you’re laying awake at 3am struggling to get comfy. Suddenly, your usual go-to sleeping positions don’t feel quite right anymore. All night I would be tossing and turning, propping up pillows, and still nothing helped me get to sleep. That was until I heard about The HoneyFoam Pillow from Fine Bedding Company.

This pillow blew my mind. The first thing I noticed was how it felt just right without any effort. That’s because it’s filled with small hexagon-shaped foam clusters which mould to the neck and head shape. You can also remove some of the filling to adjust the height to suit your preference. Personally, the pillow felt great from the get-go, giving me the perfect balance of support and softness.

I was also pleasantly surprised by how quiet the HoneyFoam Pillow turned out to be. Some pregnancy pillows make a subtle crunching or rustling sound whenever you move around. Typically, I wouldn’t think much of it, but when you’re lying awake at night trying to sleep, those little noises become incredibly irritating. Thankfully, this pillow is completely silent and made a bigger difference to my sleep than I ever expected.

As my pregnancy progressed and comfort became more of a daily challenge, I started using it in all sorts of ways. Some nights it was under my head, other nights it was wedged behind my back, or tucked between my knees to help with hip alignment. The HoneyFoam Pillow was great at adapting to any position which is why I relied on it so much. It was particularly helpful post baby shower (the most I’d been up and on my feet for months!).

I quickly started bringing the pillow everywhere with me. Overnight stays, naps on the sofa, or long journeys in the car, it was right there by my side. When sleep feels a bit hit and miss, you quickly realise how much of a difference having something familiar (and genuinely comfortable) makes.

What I didn’t expect is how much I’d still be using it now. After I gave birth, the memory foam pillow became just as essential, especially during feeding sessions. Sitting up in bed for long periods gets uncomfortable fast, so having something supportive behind me or under my arm makes those moments much easier physically. It’s one of those simple things that helps you relax a little more when you need it.

Finally, I love that it doesn’t feel like a product designed exclusively for pregnant women. The HoneyFoam Pillow isn’t something you use for a few months and then forget about. It’s more important to me now than it ever was. As a full-time mum, sleep is super valuable and having a  pillow that keeps me comfortable and supported has made a real difference to my life.
