By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom. Your use of our website is governed by English law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English court.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website, from outside the UK, complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
The Fine Bedding Company will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither The Fine Bedding Company nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of purelivingcollection.com or any of its employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

Eligibility to purchase
The purchase of merchandise through The Fine Bedding Company is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.
In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to provide personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

Acceptance of your order
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, a contract between the customer and The Fine Bedding Company for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website, removing screening or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment and taxes
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 20%. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

We currently accept payment made by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by The Fine Bedding Company. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to The Fine Bedding Company, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using HSBC Secure Epayments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At The Fine Bedding Company we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.

Insurance
The Fine Bedding Company insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

UK delivery details
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, in particular Christmas and New Year. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Online descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct at the time of publication. Please note, however, that due to the variations caused by browser software or computer systems, used by you, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown in our colour reproductions.

While The Fine Bedding Company endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and The Fine Bedding Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

Our returns policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are responsible for the cost of all returns except where the goods are deemed to be faulty by both parties. Returns must be made within 30days of the original purchase. You have the right to a 30 day cooling off period in which to return your purchase. You have the right to inspect the product and if after inspection you wish to return the product, please do so in its original packaging within 30 days, ensuring there is no damage to the product or its packaging. Used products cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty by both parties. All goods will be inspected prior to a refund being issued.

If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us or email returns@finebedding.co.uk, detailing the reason for return, along with your full name, your order number and the date of purchase, we will then give you the details for returning the item(s) with Royal Mail.

If the item(s) arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us and we will send you a replacement (stock permitting).
If the 30 day return period has passed, and you would still like to return your item(s), please contact us or email returns@finebedding.co.uk detailing the reason for return, along with your full name, your order number and the date of purchase. You are then responsible for sending the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Please post the item(s) to the below address, you will then need to email us a copy of your proof of postage. Failure to contact us about your return and proof of postage, can result in delays with your refund.

If you would like to return any goods purchased at www.finebedding.com you must let us know in writing in the first instance – see below.

Complaints relating to faulty goods should be notified in writing within 30 days of the fault becoming apparent and should be addressed to Customer Services Department, Fine Bedding Company, 10 Blackmore Road, Cobra Court, Manchester M32 0QY or e-mailed to returns@finebedding.co.uk . A returns number will then be issued, which you should include with the returned goods and subsequently quote on all correspondence.

Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to and that we have all of your contact details. Without these details we won’t be able to take the required action.
Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us damaged or in error.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive the item(s), we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.

Please note: we have the right to reduce the amount refunded for goods which show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voucher and Discount Promotional Codes

Our promotional codes entitle you to a specified % off full price products purchased online at finebedding.co.uk , while stocks last. The code must be entered at the checkout to redeem the discount, and be used within the specified validity period. Discount codes only apply to full priced items, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale, or promotional discount. We have the right to change or end the offer at our own discretion.

If you are redeeming a refer a friend code - the minimum spend must be £60 in order validate the discount.

Discount Codes are subject to these Terms and Conditions:

  1. Discount Codes are only valid on full priced products
  2. Discount Codes are not valid for items that have been already discounted (shown by a strike-through price), that are discounted as part of a bundle or discounted via any other means.
  3. If a Discount Code is used on an illegible item then our website will advise you accordingly.
  4. Where an online offer states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products and the percentage of discount given will vary between qualifying products.
  5. Excluded goods and services will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.
  6. A Discount Code is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the purchase process on the Website.
  7. Discount Codes cannot be exchanged for cash [or be used to purchase gift vouchers].
  8. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a Discount Code for any reason at any time.
  9. Unless expressly stated at the time of issue, each Discount Code will be valid for use by the recipient of the Discount Code and by such recipient only once and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  10. When you use an Discount Code you warrant to us that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Discount Code and that you are using it in good faith.
  11. If we reasonably believe that any Discount Code is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any Discount Code and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. We reserve the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
  12. If we refuse a Discount Code submitted as part of an order, for any reason, we will inform you before the order is dispatched to advise of the correct cost of the order and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
  13. Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
