We love sleep, it’s in our DNA, but even we struggle sometimes. We heard a rumour though, that wellness was a good way to help catch those extra Zs. That’s why this month we are researching, testing and searching high and low for the best tips and tricks on how to get better quality sleep.
What is Wellness?
Wellness is where we become aware of our current state of health in multiple areas of our being, then actively make choices in order to improve these areas to be healthier and more balanced. Usually many people come up with wellness plans using initiatives, tools and support in order to achieve goals and targets to make lasting changes towards an overall more optimal life. Areas of focus usually include;
physical, mental, social, spiritual and lifestyle.
