WHAT DOES THIS PRODUCT LIFE WARRANTY COVER?

This Product Life Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Products Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, The Fine Bedding Company will replace, at no additional charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

 

HOW TO REGISTER

To register your warranty simply complete the form. A copy of your details will be registered in the country you live in, for future reference, and your will receive a confirmation email after submitted the form. Please keep a copy of your purchase receipt as you will need this for any warranty claim that you want to make in the future.

 

HOW TO CLAIM

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at hello@finebedding.co.uk to determine the problem and so we can find the most appropriate solution for you. In the email, you'll need to share proof of purchase. This could be a receipt or order confirmation email, but we may also accept proof of purchase from a bank or credit card statement, where the purchase is clearly identified. We can't accept or progress warranty claims without this.

If you made your purchase from an official stockist, please contact the retailer it was purchased from directly and they will be able to help as part of their independent returns process.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship or

Wear and tear from washing machine or
