Cobra Court is situated off Barton Dock Road (B5211) close to its junction with Parkway (A5081), which is a short distance to Junction 9 of the M60 Motorway.

M60 Travelling Anti Clockwise

  • Exit at Junction 9.
  • At the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the 1st exit onto Parkway A5081 following the sign for Dumplington (not Trafford Centre).
  • At the bottom of the slip road lights turn right onto Barton Dock Road.
  • Follow the road for 200 yards, turn left onto Cobra Court.

M60 Travelling Clockwise

  • Exit at Junction 9
  • At the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the 3rd exit onto Parkway A5081 following the sign for Dumplington (not Trafford Centre).
  • At the bottom of the slip road lights turn right onto Barton Dock Road.
  • Follow the road for 200 yards, turn left onto Cobra Court.
